Location: Castle Street, Liverpool Salary: £27k-£32k basic + uncapped commission | Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

Are you the person who talks to everyone? The one who gets chatting in the queue, who remembers names, who finds it easy to pick up the phone? And when someone sets you a target, do you quietly plan to beat it?

If so, we want to talk to you. No recruitment experience needed. We will teach you the job. What we cannot teach is personality, drive and the instinct to go further than you were asked to. That part has to be you.

Dynamic Search Solutions is a specialist technology recruitment business. We place skilled people into IT services, cyber security and technology sales roles, and we work closely with a loyal base of clients who trust us to get it right. We are growing, and we are hiring our next trainee consultant's now.

Recruitment is a people job with a sales engine underneath it. Day to day you will:

• Speak to candidates on the phone and on video, find out what they really want, and match them to roles where they will thrive
• Search LinkedIn, our CRM and your own network to find the people other recruiters miss
• Write job adverts and candidate profiles that get a response
• Manage the whole process from first call to offer: interviews, feedback, negotiation and the moment someone says yes
• Work to clear weekly activity minimums and monthly fee targets, with a scoreboard that shows exactly where you stand

You will start on the phones early. We would rather you learn by doing, with a senior consultant beside you, than sit through weeks of theory.

We are hiring for character first and CV second. You will stand out if you are:

• Can tell a story. You can explaing, tell and describe stuff in detail and simply
• Want to learn and earn. Recrutiment is part science part art, you will be provided with basic trainging, but you will have the abmition to self develop and upskill
• A natural talker. You enjoy conversation, you are comfortable with strangers and you would rather call than email. Slightly extraverted is exactly right: warm and curious, not loud for the sake of it.
• A genuine listener. Good recruiters talk; great ones listen. You pick up on what people are not saying and you remember the detail.
• Target hungry. A target is a floor, not a ceiling. When you hit it you want to know what is next. You have probably already overachieved somewhere: sales, sport, hospitality, fundraising, a part-time job you took far too seriously.
• Above and beyond by default. You make the extra call at 5.30pm. You chase the feedback nobody asked you to chase. You do not need to be told twice.
• Resilient. You will hear no a lot. You take it on the chin, learn something and dial again.
• Organised and honest. You keep the CRM up to date, you do what you said you would do, and you tell us straight when something is not working.

No degree required, no recruitment experience required. Previous sales, customer-facing or phone-based experience is a plus but not essential. If you can show us you have beaten a target before, in any walk of life, we are interested.

• Real training. A structured first 8 weeks, then ongoing coaching from consultants who bill well and want you to as well. You learn the market, the tools and the craft, not just a script.
• Uncapped commission. Your basic pays the bills; your commission is where it gets interesting. There is no ceiling, and our best consultants earn several times their basic.
• A clear path. Trainee to Consultant to Senior Consultant, with promotion based on results, not time served. Overachievers move quickly here.
• A desk you can own. We work specialist niches in technology recruitment. You will build your own patch of clients and candidates and become the person they call first.
• A small team that notices. No getting lost in a 200-seat sales floor. When you do well, people see it. When you are struggling, someone helps.
• The usual, done properly. Unlimited holiday entitlement based on performance, minimum 22 days plus bank holidays, pension, incentives and team days out, early finish on Fridays when the week is won.
