We are currently seeking compassionate and adaptable Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for Key Stage 1 students. • Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil, tailored to their individual learning needs.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents where required.
• Implement behavioral strategies and support the social and emotional development of the student.
• Support the student with curriculum tasks, including literacy, numeracy, and phonics.

• Previous experience working within a primary school setting, specifically Key Stage 1.
• A patient, proactive, and resilient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport with pupils and staff.
• Adaptability to step into different school environments at short notice or commit to long-term placements.
• Relevant childcare or education qualifications (e.g., Cache Level 2/3, BA Education) are highly desirable.
