Resourcery Group are delighted to be supporting this not for profit client, recruiting a Pay and Benefits Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive People Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation with a great culture and a lovely team, where you can develop your experience across payroll, pensions, reward and employee benefits.

The role:

• Support the administration of payroll, pensions, employee benefits and reward schemes.
• Respond to colleague queries, providing a helpful and professional service.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure information is processed correctly and on time.
• Support new starters, leavers, contractual changes and pension administration.
• Help improve processes and ensure a smooth, efficient service across the People team.

About you:

• Experience in payroll, pensions, reward, benefits or HR administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working with systems, handling confidential information and managing competing priorities.

• Salary of £27,000.
• Fixed-term contract until November 2027.
