We're looking for an experienced Early Years Recruitment Consultant to join Milk Education in Liverpool and help us launch and grow an exciting new division.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who knows the Early Years market, has the commercial drive to win business and wants to take ownership of building something of their own.

Working alongside our established Education and Tuition team, you'll have the backing of an established recruitment business, with the opportunity to develop your market, grow revenue and make your mark.

The Role

You'll take the lead in developing our Early Years offering, building relationships with nurseries and childcare providers, winning new business and growing a successful recruitment desk.

You'll be responsible for:

• Winning new clients and developing existing relationships.
• Building a strong network of Early Years professionals.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Growing revenue and identifying new market opportunities.
• Delivering an excellent service to clients and candidates.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous Early Years recruitment experience.
• A proven ability to build relationships and win business.
• Commercially driven, ambitious and confident picking up the phone.
• Someone who thrives on ownership and wants to help build something new.
