Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

How We Support You

We offer full training and support as you build and maintain relationships with digital marketing professionals and clients. And if you don’t know the difference between Paid Search and Paid Social, don’t worry, we can help with that too.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Networking with digital marketing professionals and building your sector knowledge
• Interviewing candidates to understand what they want from their next role
• Identifying, attracting, and engaging with talent across the digital marketing market
• Selling recruitment solutions and services to clients
• Providing advice on the current market, CV writing, and interview techniques
• Being part of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively

As you progress, you will also receive training in:

• Prospecting for new business and engaging with hiring managers
• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right recruitment solution

Skills & Experience

Previous digital marketing or recruitment experience is not essential. We are looking for motivated, personable people who are eager to learn and willing to put the work in. To thrive in this role you will need:

• Confidence communicating with candidates and clients over the phone, by email, and face to face
• A genuine passion for building relationships and working with people at all levels
• Self-motivation, determination, and the drive to succeed
• Diligence and attention to detail, with no appetite for cutting corners
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own workload effectively
• Resilience and a solution-focused mindset when faced with challenges
