Standard 8 is working with an established Liverpool law firm looking to bring in an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

The firm is flexible on how and where you work. Hybrid is available for those who enjoy some office time, while experienced conveyancers who can confidently run their own caseload can work fully remotely.

No unnecessary supervision. No expectation to be in the office just for the sake of it. Just the freedom to do your job properly, with support when you need it.

You'll take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and registration.

The work includes:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Title investigations, enquiries and reporting
• Exchange, completion and post-completion matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors

You'll be trusted to manage your files, keep transactions moving and deliver a good service without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.

Who They're Looking For

Whether you're a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx professional or an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, the firm is interested in speaking with you.

You'll need to be comfortable running your own residential caseload, managing deadlines and dealing with the inevitable complications that come with property transactions.

If you know your way around lender requirements, title issues and the conveyancing process, and you're confident working independently, you'll be well suited to the role.
