Project Manager – Fire & Cladding Remediation
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: £75,000–£80,000 + Car Allowance + Package
Contract: Permanent or Freelance
We are working with an established main contractor specialising in high-rise residential refurbishment and fire safety remediation, who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager for a major scheme in central Liverpool.
The project involves extensive internal and external fire remediation works, including the removal and replacement of existing cladding systems, to an occupied 8-storey private residential building.
The project has recently commenced following completion of the pre-construction stage, with an anticipated programme of approximately 18 months and further projects in the pipeline.
Working alongside an established Site Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing project delivery, managing programme, subcontractors, client relationships and ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within cladding remediation, façade refurbishment or fire safety remediation
- Experience delivering projects on occupied high-rise residential buildings
- Strong understanding of construction programmes, subcontractor management and project delivery
- Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Good knowledge of building safety requirements and construction health and safety
- Relevant construction qualifications and site certifications
