Experienced Recruiter ready for your next big move?

We're growing our Liverpool team as we head into 2027, and I'm looking to speak with ambitious, commercially driven recruiters who are ready for their next challenge.

We have opportunities across Primary, Secondary and SEND, including warm desks with established relationships and strong foundations to build from.

I'm particularly interested in experienced education recruiters, but I'm also open to speaking with recruiters from healthcare or any other fast paced recruitment sector who have a proven track record of winning business, growing billings and building strong relationships.

The Role

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your market, build strong relationships and play a key role in our continued growth.

You'll be responsible for:

• Growing your desk, developing your market and maximising revenue opportunities.
• Winning new business and building long term relationships with schools.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to placements.
• Delivering an exceptional service to schools and candidates.
• Making the most of established relationships and warm desk opportunities.
• Sharing knowledge and supporting the wider team.
• Developing your own skills and exploring future progression opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

• Recruitment experience within education, healthcare or another fast paced sector.
• A proven track record of winning business and growing billings.
• Confidence building relationships, generating opportunities and closing deals.
• A proactive mindset, resilience and the hunger to achieve.
• Ambition to develop your career and make a genuine impact.
