We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and tech savvy Operations Executive to join us at our Liverpool Head Office.

This is a pivotal role within our central team, helping keep the office running smoothly and supporting the wider business. You'll be confident with Excel and PowerPoint, quick to pick up new systems and comfortable helping others learn new processes and technology.

If you're the person everyone turns to when something needs sorting, organising or figuring out, this could be the role for you.

The Role

Working closely with our leadership team and colleagues across the business, you'll be at the heart of our Liverpool HQ, keeping things organised, improving processes and making sure everything runs smoothly.

You'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating the day to day running of our Liverpool Head Office.
• Keeping office systems, processes and information organised and up to date.
• Using Excel to manage information, produce reports and maintain accurate records.
• Creating professional PowerPoint presentations and supporting internal projects.
• Learning new systems quickly and helping colleagues use them effectively.
• Supporting system updates, process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Managing office supplies, equipment and IT asset records.
• Providing operational and administrative support to the leadership team.
• Juggling multiple priorities, spotting what needs doing and taking ownership.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, tech savvy and confident taking ownership.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in an operations, business support or office coordination role.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Confidence picking up new systems, software and technology.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management.
• The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment.
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to solve problems independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support and train colleagues.

You don't need to know every system we use already. What's important is that you're quick to learn, solutions focused and happy to help others along the way.
