Interim Principal Designer - Client Side

6 Month Contract

Up to £550 pd Inside IR35 DOE

Northwest based - Up to 4 days onsite

I'm working on an exciting opportunity with a public-sector organisation, supporting a varied portfolio of refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects.

I'm keen to speak with candidates who must have:

Experience acting as the appointed Client-Side Principal Designer under CDM 2015

Strong knowledge of design risk management, PCI and Health & Safety Files

Experience coordinating multiple designers and managing concurrent projects

Practical experience managing risks involving existing services, asbestos, occupied buildings and structural alterations

This is a hands-on role for someone confident in taking ownership of their statutory PD duties.
