What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with schools and education professionals.
• Picking up the phone, making introduction calls and opening doors with new clients.
• Developing new business and identifying opportunities to grow your market.
• Finding and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and social media.
• Interviewing candidates and matching them to the right opportunities.
• Managing the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.
• Working towards KPIs, sales targets and revenue goals.
• Following up opportunities, staying proactive and celebrating your wins.

Working Hours

Recruitment follows the school calendar, so your hours change throughout the year.

• Term time: 7:15am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, with a 4:00pm finish on Fridays.
• School holidays: Reduced hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm while schools are closed.
