Partnerships Lead - #2177078

We're looking for a Partnerships Lead for a central government department based in Liverpool (hybrid) on an initial 5 - 18 month Contract contract, paying up to £650 per day (Inside IR35).

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office in Liverpool around 3 days a week, plus occasional travel across the North West.

The successful Partnerships Lead will support the Policy and Partnerships Manager in designing, developing and testing a Local Asset Management Plan framework. You'll act as the principal bridge between the programme, Mayoral Combined Authorities and central government departments, embedding collaborative estate planning across strategic authorities. You'll co-design the model with a selected Pathfinder partner, oversee its rollout and evaluation, and feed real-world insight into the upcoming Spending Review business case.

You will need proven experience working with the following:

Working across central government departments and local government structures

Relationship-building, influencing and negotiation to bring disparate partners together

Property, estates or strategic asset management environments

Working autonomously and solving complex problems in ambiguous settings

The following would be beneficial:

Formal project and programme management techniques and frameworks

Multi-agency or cross-organisational delivery programmes

Professional chartership or membership such as RICS, RTPI or MCIPS/FCIPS is highly desirable.
