Senior Finance Business Partner / Liverpool (Hybrid) / Salary £70,000 - £75,000 plus a great benefits package.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a trusted commercial partner to key business units, providing insight, challenge, and support to drive informed decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Act as a true business partner, providing commercial insight and financial guidance to support strategic objectives.
• Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels through strong relationships and effective communication.
• Confident in providing constructive challenge, balancing support and accountability to drive improved business performance and results.
• Offer a collaborative approach, working cross-functionally to solve problems, identify opportunities, and deliver business objectives.
• Deliver meaningful analysis and performance reporting to support decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across finance and operational teams to drive business performance.
• Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, business cases, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Present financial information and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a commercially focused Finance Business Partner role.
• Demonstrable track record of building effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Passionate about producing high-quality work and delivering value to the business.
• Collaborative approach with a genuine team-first mentality.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, Power BI desirable
