Hours: 9:00-5:00, Monday to Friday

I’m working with a well-established firm in Liverpool that’s looking to add to its medical negligence team. The Role

You’ll manage a broad range of medical negligence claims from instruction through to settlement, mediation or trial. Day to day, that means:

• Client care and case strategy
• Drafting legal documents
• Instructing experts and counsel
• Negotiating settlements
• Ensuring compliance with professional standards

About You

• At least 2 years’ PQE in medical negligence
• Able to work independently and manage a varied caseload, including litigated claims
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Skilled at building strong client relationships and giving empathetic, practical advice
• Proactive, commercially aware and committed to continuous development
• Interested in networking and business development
