We're recruiting for a Store Manager in Liverpool to lead a retail team, drive sales performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to achieve sales targets, improve performance and create an excellent shopping experience for every customer.

You'll combine strong commercial awareness with a hands-on leadership style, ensuring high standards across customer service, visual merchandising, stock management and store operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team

• Driving sales, managing KPIs and delivering commercial targets

• Coaching colleagues to improve customer service and maximise sales opportunities

• Managing stock control, deliveries, replenishment and availability

• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation

• Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members

• Overseeing daily store operations, compliance and health and safety

• Analysing sales results and implementing action plans to improve performance

• Creating a positive team culture where colleagues feel supported and motivated

About You

We're keen to hear from retail professionals who have the drive, confidence and commercial awareness to lead a successful store.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Branch Manager or Retail Manager

• A track record of delivering sales targets and improving retail performance

• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team

• A strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial results

• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• A hands-on approach, with a genuine passion for customer service

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience in outdoor, sports, fashion or lifestyle retail would be advantageous, but applications from other retail backgrounds are welcome.
