Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit excellent Behaviour and Inclusion Support interested in securing a role. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a young person, providing tailored academic and emotional support within a secondary school setting.

Behaviour & Inclusion Support

• Location - Liverpool
• Type of work - Temporary, long term
• Start date - As soon as possible
• Days - Full time
• Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Apply proactive de-escalation strategies and co-regulation techniques to help students manage crisis moments and return to learning.
• Act as a trusted mentor for vulnerable students.
• Assist class teachers and senior leadership in maintaining consistent, inclusive, and relational approaches to behaviour across the school.

Requirements:

• Experience in an inclusion support unit, disengaged students, challenging behaviour
• Experience in PRU/AP or coaching.
• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
• Provide at least two professional references covering at least 24 months/cover the last 2 years
