Are you an experienced Infrastructure Analyst with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise, looking for an opportunity to work on a business-critical cloud migration project?

We're working with a leading international law firm seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join its established IT Infrastructure team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in an upcoming Microsoft 365 and Azure tenant migration, supporting a complex enterprise infrastructure environment used by over 1,200 employees across multiple international offices.

What's on offer?

  • A 6-month fixed-term contract with a highly regarded international professional services organisation.
  • Hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the London office.
  • Hands-on involvement in a major Microsoft 365 and Azure migration.
  • The opportunity to work alongside experienced Senior Infrastructure Analysts.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, security and identity management.
  • A collaborative IT environment supporting international operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the administration, maintenance and migration of Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure.
  • Contribute to a major Microsoft 365 tenant migration, including enterprise application integrations.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, Group Policy and identity synchronisation.
  • Support enterprise application integrations, including SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning.
  • Administer Azure infrastructure, virtual servers and Hyper-V environments.
  • Provide third-line infrastructure support, resolving complex technical issues.
  • Assist with networking, VPN connectivity, firewalls, backups and security-related incidents.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, security teams and third-party suppliers to deliver infrastructure improvements.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Exchange Online, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience with hybrid Microsoft infrastructure, including legacy on-premises Exchange.
  • Understanding of identity and access management, including Conditional Access, MFA, SAML SSO and SCIM.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V, Azure IaaS and networking fundamentals.
  • Previous involvement in Microsoft 365 tenant migrations would be particularly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

You'll be proactive, organised and comfortable working collaboratively with senior technical colleagues while taking ownership of your own workload.
