If you are an experienced paraplanner seeking deeper technical involvement, this role offers direct exposure to an investment-led wealth management proposition within a growing Liverpool team. Supporting six financial advisers across substantial, established client books, you will find a collaborative setting where your technical input is genuinely valued, alongside clear longer-term pathways into team leadership or high-level technical specialism.

• Collaborate closely with financial advisers on complex cases, giving you direct exposure to high-net-worth private client and trustee wealth strategies.
• Conduct in-depth market research and cashflow modelling across investments, pensions and tax, sharpening your specialist expertise in an investment-focused environment.
• Draft comprehensive suitability reports and provide constructive technical challenge, positioning you as an influential, consultative partner to the advisory team.
• Oversee the technical review and portfolio analysis process, giving you day-to-day autonomy over your workflow and the scope to help shape the paraplanning function as it grows.

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS / Level 4) as a minimum.
• Substantial paraplanning experience within an independent financial planning or wealth management firm.
• Strong technical knowledge across broad financial planning, with particular confidence in investment strategies and tax planning.
• Proven ability to produce detailed suitability reports and communicate technical feedback effectively to senior advisers.
