Portfolio Payroll are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Accountancy Practice seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients
• Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
• Administering starters, leavers and payroll changes
• Calculating statutory payments and deductions
• Submitting payroll data to HMRC accurately and on time
• Handling client payroll queries and providing a high level of service
• Using SuperPay payroll software

Requirements:

• Previous payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy practice or bureau environment
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
• Experience processing multiple payrolls simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication skills with both clients and colleagues
