What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Business Development working on an established desk/area
• Networking
• Update and manage the candidate database
• Reviewing candidate job applications
• Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements using various job boards and LinkedIn
• Pre-screening candidates in line with company standards
• Administration of CRM system
• General administration and compliance support

About You

• We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is a team player and is results motivated
• You will have a minimum of at least 2 years’ experience working at a similar level and ideally a similar industry
• Experience of active business development. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and be part of a team with a long track record of success.
• Be able to bring new business in as well as manage existing relationships and fill vacancies.
• Full UK Drivers Licence with access to vehicle for client visits is essential.
