Liverpool
£47,179.60 per annum
Permanent, Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Health, Safety & Compliance team as one of two Health & Safety Business Partners, supporting key service areas across the organisation to create safe, healthy and compliant working environments for colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
We're recruiting for two Business Partner roles:
- Health & Safety Business Partner - Customer Experience & Corporate Services:
- A newly created role supporting our customer-facing and corporate teams, including colleagues visiting customers’ homes, working in our communities and based in our offices.
- Health & Safety Business Partner - Property Services:
- Providing dedicated support to our Property Services teams, including colleagues delivering our in-house repairs service.
Bringing our repairs service in-house has expanded the work we deliver directly for customers. As we continue our journey to improve repairs, we’re strengthening our Health, Safety & Compliance team and investing in dedicated health and safety support across the organisation. Having a Business Partner focused on each area will help us build closer working relationships and provide practical advice tailored to the different activities and working environments of our teams.
Working collaboratively with managers and teams, you'll provide professional health and safety advice, guidance and support, helping colleagues identify risks, implement practical solutions and embed health and safety into everyday decision-making.
These are rewarding roles for individuals who enjoy building relationships, influencing positive change and making a meaningful impact across a variety of services.

You’ll play an active part in developing a positive safety culture across Cobalt as our services continue to develop.
Whether partnering with our customer-facing and corporate teams or supporting our operational Property Services functions, you'll provide expert advice, support risk management activities, investigate incidents, analyse performance data and help develop practical solutions that protect our people, customers and business.
You'll contribute to the development of policies, procedures and training programmes, whilst building strong partnerships with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders. These roles offer the opportunity to influence continuous improvement, support compliance and play a key role in delivering our organisational objectives.
