Salary £40,000 - £50,000 basic, 20%+ uncapped commission

THE ROLE:

The successful Territory Manager will be mostly responsible for driving new business within NHS and private hospitals within the North West and North Wales, selling high quality, yet cost-effective sutures and haemostats as well as new gynae and colorectal products. Typical decision makers will be surgeons, theatre managers, and staff and procurement. Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential is great as the company continues to grow within the UK. This is a new business focused role so candidates must be comfortable driving business developing and winning / converting accounts

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in medical device, healthcare or clinical sales
• Surgical/theatre sales experience advantageous, but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Commercially driven with the ability to win and develop accounts
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

THE PACKAGE:

• £40,000–£60,000 basic DOE
• 20% OTE - Uncapped & achievable commission
• Car allowance - £600 per month
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension
