Field Services Executive - #2185299

We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Field Services Executive to join a leading medical devices company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in field service, medical device support or healthcare logistics who enjoys working directly with customers and delivering a high standard of service.

You will be responsible for supporting the repair and servicing process for specialist medical instruments, providing practical customer guidance and ensuring equipment is handled, tracked and returned efficiently. You will also play an important role in promoting service agreements and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a North West territory, you will regularly visit customers to build and develop relationships as well manage repairs and return
• With responsibility for assessing and managing breakages and repairs, you will manage the process from initial notification through returns to customer follow up
• Provide training as needed on product use and maintenance
• You will promote company services across repairs, maintenance and exchange to existing customers to support business growth

Requirements

• Previous experience in a field-based service/account focused role, medical device support, healthcare logistics or regulated environment
• An understanding of regulated environments, ideally with exposure to ISO 13485, MDR or quality management procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with clinical, procurement and hospital stakeholders
• Highly organised, reliable and comfortable working independently, with good IT skills and a full, clean UK driving licence
