• Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters.
• Investigate claims, assess liability and quantum, and progress cases to resolution.
• Liaise with clients, medical experts and relevant third parties.
• Provide clear advice and maintain excellent client-care standards.

• Qualified Solicitor with clinical negligence experience - NQ through to Associate & Partner level considered.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Confident managing your own caseload.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
