The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from inception through to conclusion.
• Provide exceptional client care throughout the claims process.
• Draft legal documents, witness statements and correspondence.
• Liaise with medical experts, counsel and third parties.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload independently.
