I'm currently working with a well-established, highly regarded law firm in Liverpool that is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join its growing family department.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of privately funded family matters, advising clients on a range of relationship and family-related issues.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family matters.
• Advising on divorce, separation and financial remedy proceedings.
• Handling private children matters, including child arrangements and disputes.
• Advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
• Dealing with cohabitation disputes and associated financial matters.
• Conducting negotiations and representing clients throughout proceedings where required.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing clear and practical legal advice.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with experience within Family Law.
• Experience handling privately funded family matters.
• Confident managing a caseload independently with appropriate supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills.
• Commercially aware, with an interest in contributing to the continued growth of the department.
• A proactive and personable approach, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
