Ticketing Customer Services Manager

Location: Liverpool, L3 4FP.
Salary: £25,856 - £28,729 per annum.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

The M&S Bank Arena Ticketing Department offers an end to end ticketing solution to ACC Liverpool Venues which include M&S Bank Arena, The Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool. In addition to this we also offer a fully tailored end to end ticketing service to external venues, events and attractions through our external brand TicketQuarter.

We are recruiting for a high performing Customer Services Ticketing Manager to help our business to continue to grow and succeed.

Customers are always at the heart of everything we do which is why we need the best, always leading by example and showcasing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will lead the box office and contact centre team on a day to day basis. We are fortunate to help deliver on some of the highest profile events nationally and internationally.

What do we need from you?

• Experience of managing a team in a fast paced environment
• You will need to be a great communicator who can share knowledge, experience and best practices
• You will need to have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all areas whilst remaining flexible
• You must be adaptable to change, whilst being able to challenge effectively
• As a manager, you will actively listen to an respond effectively to customers and colleagues
