  • Procure and manage subcontractor relationships.

  • Negotiate contracts

  • Conduct cost estimates, budget analysis, and cash flow forecasts.

  • Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.

  • Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and risk assessments.

  • Advise on improvements and new strategies.

  • Document design changes and update budgets.

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

  • Travel to various sites as required.
