- Procure and manage subcontractor relationships.
- Negotiate contracts
- Conduct cost estimates, budget analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.
- Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
- Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Advise on improvements and new strategies.
- Document design changes and update budgets.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Travel to various sites as required.
