Site Manager – LiverpoolIonic Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager on behalf of our client.

Introduction:Our client, a well-regarded fit-out specialist operating across the office, retail, and leisure sectors, is looking to appoint a Site Manager for projects based in Liverpool. The role is available on either a permanent or freelance basis, with a negotiable salary depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of fit-out works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Oversee health and safety compliance and conduct regular site inspections.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and reporting.
• Maintain site records, project documentation, and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing office, retail, or leisure fit-out projects.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines.
• Based in or around Liverpool, with a willingness to travel if needed.
