You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working across various store areas, so no two days are the same. Responsibilities may include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries. Your efforts will ensure customers receive what they need quickly and efficiently.

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal, reporting any discrepancies to the Manager.


• Check quality, shelf life, and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.


• Provide high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.


• Be polite with delivery staff and respond appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to the appropriate person.

• A proactive 'can-do' attitude and comfort working to meet pick rate targets.
