The Role
As a Junior Solutions Consultant, you’ll be working directly with clients to understand their warehouse operations and help implement a cloud-based Warehouse Management System (WMS). You’ll visit sites, map out processes, support pre-sales activities, and ensure smooth onboarding — all while backed by an expert technical team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting warehouses to gather operational requirements
- Supporting the sales team with solution design
- Coordinating implementation of the WMS platform
- Delivering user training and documentation
- Acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment
- Understanding of how WMS systems support warehouse workflows
- Clear communicator and confident dealing with all levels of stakeholders
- Willing to travel regularly for on-site client visits
- Eager to build a long-term career in software and solutions
