Multi Skilled Plasterer Required!
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Plaster to carry out a series of responsive repairs on social housing in the Liverpool area. Reporting to the Supervisor you will take full responsibility for responsive repairs. This is a multi-trade role and experience in other trades as well as plastering are essential.
Job Information:
Job Type: Contract (temp to perm)
Start date: Immediate
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Fridays 8am to 4pm with overtime opportunities
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £16.25 - £19.25 (PAYE £33,425.00) + Overtime rates
Benefits: Fuel Card + Van
Requirements:
Key requirements will include:
- Qualification in Plastering
- Basic joinery, plastering, tiling
- Multi skilled
- Time served Tradesperson or qualified to appropriate level
- Ability to use IT systems
