The Role
As a Graduate Trainee Sales Recruiter, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you:
* Build relationships with business leaders and decision-makers in the engineering and technical sectors
* Source and assess top sales talent for mid to senior-level roles
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from searching for candidates to organising interviews and supporting successful placements
* Use cutting-edge recruitment software and automation tools
* Support client accounts and learn to negotiate deals
* Contribute to our high-performing, collaborative team culture
What We’re Looking For
* A recent graduate (any discipline) with a passion for sales, people, and business
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ambition, drive, and a strong desire to learn and succeed
* Confidence to engage with senior professionals
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset

* Competitive starting salary (£24,000–£26,000) plus uncapped commission (OTE £35,000–£50,000+ in your first year)
