Senior Sales Manager – ERP Solutions | Packaging Industry Focus
Remote (UK-based), with travel | £120,000 - £150,000 + Commission + Senior Package
My client, a leading ERP solutions provider in the packaging sector, is looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager to spearhead growth across the corrugated box and folding carton manufacturing space.
You’ll be a key player in building the strategy, identifying new business opportunities, showcasing tailored ERP solutions, and closing high-impact deals. This is a consultative role ideal for someone with deep B2B ERP sales experience and strong industry insight. After a successful 12 months, you'll be promoted to recruit and lead a team of 6 (likely to be across UK, EMEA & MENA).
What you’ll do in the first year (then lead):
- Identify & nurture new business
- Run discovery sessions & craft compelling solution demos
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineers, marketing & services teams
- Lead the full sales cycle—from pitch to close
- Stay ahead of market trends to position solutions competitively
- Manage pipeline & report activity using Salesforce
What you’ll bring:
- 5-10+ years in B2B ERP sales (ideally in packaging/manufacturing)
- Strong understanding of folding carton operations & ERP impact
- Leadership qualities, exceptional presentation, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
