Description
Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products. Stay proactively informed about Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Support your colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform additional tasks as needed, including providing customer support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn. Uphold Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend scheduled shifts in accordance with local laws and accommodations.

- Knowledge of Apple products and services.
- Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple customers.
