Role Description
Internal Recruiter (7-month FTC)
Liverpool
As an Internal Recruiter at Princes, you will responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process, strategy, sourcing, screening and offer negotiation for vacancies across our UK manufacturing sites, and within our Head Office function.
You will ensure that candidates are recruited quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively in order to meet the ongoing needs of the business, in-line with strategic resourcing objectives. You'll work consultatively with our hiring managers across the business to partner, develop strategies and proactively source high calibre candidates for various roles across multiple functional areas.
You'll be passionate about attracting the best talent to Princes and being a true sourcing partner for your stakeholders.

Role Description
Internal Recruiter (7-month FTC)

As an Internal Recruiter at Princes, you will responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process, strategy, sourcing, screening and offer negotiation for vacancies across our UK manufacturing sites, and within our Head Office function.
You will ensure that candidates are recruited quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively in order to meet the ongoing needs of the business, in-line with strategic resourcing objectives. You'll work consultatively with our hiring managers across the business to partner, develop strategies and proactively source high calibre candidates for various roles across multiple functional areas.
You'll be passionate about attracting the best talent to Princes and being a true sourcing partner for your stakeholders.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process across multiple vacancies across our Head Office Function.
- Proactively partner and lead relationships with hiring managers (across all levels) to discuss and make recommendations on resourcing issues (temporary, permanent, fixed term) as well as looking at the most cost-effective way to attract and secure suitable candidates.
- Management of candidates and the candidate journey from initial enquiry to employment start date/process conclusion ensuring all candidates have a positive experience of Princes irrelevant of process outcome.
- Act as a company ambassador to positively reinforce Princes employer brand supporting our aspiration to become an employer of choice.
- Liaise with local HR teams to determine resourcing challenges, and suggest appropriate resourcing solutions.
- Work in partnership with hiring managers across the business to develop appropriate attraction strategies and share best practices.
- Utilise a range of resources (job boards, social media, referrals etc.) to directly source and attract high quality candidates to Princes, with a focus on proactive sourcing.
- Continuously look for ways to enhance and improve the candidate and hiring manager recruitment journey.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor, maintain and proactively report to key recruitment metrics, presenting data and recruiting information to senior stakeholders across the business.
- Process improvement and continuous knowledge sharing within the team.
- Recruitment database management and compliance.
- Lead on strategic resourcing projects as required.
- Support on-boarding activities in conjunction with our HR Shared Services team and HR Business Partners.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company process throughout all stages of recruitment.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous end to end recruitment experience within a fast packed, in-house or agency environment.
- Proven knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and techniques including online social media, advert response management, head hunting, and early careers recruitment.
- You will have experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Proven experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Strong organisation and process management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Strong computer skills, in particular Excel, Word and additional MS packages.
