About The Role

The Workdry Group has experienced significant growth recently. Consequently, we are pleased to add a Pump Rental Solutions Procurement Manager to oversee strategic sourcing and supplier management for Opex categories within our Pump Rental Solutions (PRS) business unit. This role will also support the Group Director of Procurement by providing insights and executional support on best practices, compliance, spend and savings analysis, policy and process improvements, and governance.



  • Analyze internal spend to assess risks and identify savings opportunities, ensuring proper categorization aligned with other business units.

  • Conduct external market analysis of key spend categories to review supply chain performance against requirements and benchmarks.

  • Develop sourcing strategies and manage RFx activities for PRS Opex spend, demonstrating risk/reward/ROI and stakeholder value.

  • Manage internal stakeholder requirements, ensuring clear communication, expectations, and alignment.

  • Assist in developing cross-business unit policies, process mapping, and improvements.

  • Contribute to PRS savings targets and develop future plans to ensure success.

  • Implement strategies to simplify the supply chain, reduce supplier numbers, and maximize supplier value.

  • Promote sustainability and innovation within the supply chain, reporting on benefits and trade-offs.

  • Represent Workdry values by leading by example and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory compliance, and legal obligations as necessary.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Extensive procurement experience with broad expertise.

  • Industry experience (beneficial but not essential).

  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across various seniority levels.

  • Persuasive, influential, proactive, and hands-on approach.

  • Strategic and analytical mindset.

  • End-to-end sourcing and RFx experience, including market analysis, tendering, negotiation, and supplier management.

  • Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.

  • Degree-level education (highly beneficial but not essential).

  • CIPS or equivalent qualification (beneficial but not essential).
