Independent Financial Adviser

Liverpool, Merseyside (Office-based or hybrid work from home)

• Full-time, permanent
• £50,000 - £150,000 + OTE (Uncapped)
• Ideally self-employed with uncapped earning potential (salary plus fee split option available for the right candidate)

The Role:

As an Independent Financial Adviser, you’ll offer bespoke, ethical financial advice across a broad range of services, helping clients secure their financial futures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored advice on investments, pensions, protection, tax planning, and estate planning
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Analyse client information and collaborate with internal teams to prepare suitability reports
• Manage your diary, workflow, and business development activities
• Stay updated on financial products, legislation, and maintain strong technical knowledge

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial professional who thrives on delivering exceptional client service and is eager to play a meaningful role in a growing business. About you:

• Chartered Financial Planner (Level 6) preferred; minimum Diploma Level 4 qualified and actively working toward Chartered status (study costs covered)
• Proven track record in delivering outstanding client service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Tech-savvy with keen attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
