Payroll & HR Lead

Liverpool - £45,000pa

We are working closely with a fantastic client based in Liverpool looking for an experienced Payroll Lead/Manager with some experience working with/in HR.

The successful candidate will have some flexibility to work from home e.g. 1 day week and the role is permanent, full time.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Support with end to end/completion of payroll and support the wider team with yearly/monthly payroll reconciliations.
• Support and advise managers on polices, procedures and processes and update when required.
• Support with the recruitment/onboarding/inductions.
• Support with HR processes which will include disciplinaries, grievances, absence management etc.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a Payroll Lead/Manager role overseeing HR/working closely with HR also.
• Relevant qualifications.
• Hands on extremely motivated professional.
• Previous Payroll Management and HR Management experience.
