Hours of work: 40 - 45 hours

Applicants must have experience of the following:

Experience previously within a mechanical project manager role.

Ideally applicants should also have:

Experience within mechanical industry.

Role information: Our client is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager based out of there office in Liverpool, You will need to have previous experience working within the mechanical and construction sector.

Roles and Responsibility

• Project Planning and Scheduling:

o Develop comprehensive project plans for each project, including scope, timeline,

budget, and resource allocation.

o Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks and milestones are identified

and tracked and targets are achieved.

o Carry out and complete on-site surveys to ensure clients expectations both in terms of

specification, timescales and costs are achievable prior to project commencement.

o Support the operations team in carrying out 'pre-condition' surveys of client sites as and

when required or requested.
