As a Purchasing Administrator, your roles and responsibilities will include…
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Matching confirmations and delivery notes to Pos and booking in deliveries
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries
- Monitoring quality and service of suppliers, sourcing alternatives when needed
- Working with accounts to resolve invoice queries
- Supporting the business with other admin duties when needed
We’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator with the following skills and experience…
- Some previous experience as a Purchasing Administrator, or similar position
- Great with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Positive, proactive with excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Great organisational skills and the ability to problem solve
As a Purchasing Administrator, you’ll receive a salary of £27,500, along with the following benefits…
- Flexible working hours
- Profit sharing bonus after 12 months
