What You'llD o

• Work as part of a multi-skilled team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring the client site meets required standards and scheduled tasks via Helpdesk/Planner and the Fix system.
• Perform all plumbing duties, including repairs, blockages, installations, and complete Legionella and air quality testing with accurate records and reporting to the Lead Engineer; act as liaison with external agencies for compliance and sample management.
• Conduct effluent sample collection, testing, documentation, and timely delivery to laboratories, while managing safe disposal and communication with external bodies.
• Support building maintenance tasks such as signage installation, air conditioning filter cleaning, and minor repairs to site fabric, while maintaining workshop tools, machinery, and ensuring high housekeeping standards.
• Complete routine daily/weekly duties, ensure compliance with Maximo and all safety procedures (including PPE use), report progress regularly to the Lead Engineer, and adhere to all statutory, health, and safety regulations.
  
  

What You Bring

• Registered plumber with excellent industrial and domestic plumbing skills and a strong awareness of GxP standards.
• Self-motivated with a positive approach to learning, able to identify and pursue own training needs.
• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing role demands.
• Effective team player with good interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly with customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of working well under pressure.
