Morgan Ryder is expanding—and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-led Business Development Executive to help grow our presence across World-Class Manufacturing & Engineering.


This is not a transactional sales role. It’s a consultative, insight-led position where you’ll partner with senior leaders across Automotive, Aerospace, Chemical, Packaging, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Electronics, and more.


You’ll support recruitment from skilled professionals through to C-suite and board-level appointments, across functions including Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Quality, IT and HSE.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and managing long-term client relationships
  • Developing insight-led account strategies using a leading CRM
  • Winning new business through research, networking and proactive outreach
  • Engaging senior stakeholders across complex organisations
  • Leading proposals, commercial discussions and negotiations
  • Working closely with internal delivery teams to shape tailored solutions
  • Maintaining a strong, sustainable revenue pipeline

  • Proven B2B sales experience (professional services ideal)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Commercially sharp, curious, and relationship-led
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to build long-term success
