The Human Resources Administrator (MAT Cover) will support the Human Resources department by overseeing administrative processes and ensuring compliance with organisational policies. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and an interest in the not-for-profit industry.

Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for performance reviews and appraisals.

Profile

A successful Human Resources Administrator (MAT Cover) should have:

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the Human Resources department.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • An understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
