Clearbuild AI helps professional service firms (law, accountancy, financial advisory) put AI to work. We embed inside a firm, find the work AI can handle for the team, build the tools to do it, and make sure people actually use them.

Clearbuild AI is early-stage with clear positioning, a defined service model, and the delivery side covered. This is a co-founder search for someone to own the commercial side of the business as an equal partner.

Role Description

This is an equal co-founder partnership, not a job. We would split equity and revenue 50/50.

One co-founder handles delivery: running AI audits, building and implementing AI solutions inside client firms, managing adoption, and making sure what gets built actually gets used. That side is covered.

The other co-founder handles commercial: finding prospects, opening conversations, closing deals, and building the relationships that turn one-off engagements into long-term retainers. That's the role.

Both sides work. Neither waits for the other.

Because this is an equal partnership, everything is on the table. Pricing, packaging, target market, commercial strategy. You would not be inheriting a finished plan and executing it. You would be shaping the business alongside someone who has built the delivery side and wants a partner with equal say on the commercial side.

This is remote. Face-to-face meetups would be good but aren't essential for the right person.

There is no salary. This is equity and revenue from day one. You would be joining a business with strong positioning and a defined service model at the stage where commercial traction is the next milestone.

Day to day, this means:

Identifying and reaching out to managing partners at professional service firms

Running discovery calls and converting them into paid engagements

Closing AI Audit engagements (£999) and Fractional AI Leadership retainers (from £4,000/month)

Shaping the commercial strategy as an equal partner

What you would be joining:

A defined three-tier service model (free Strategy Call, AI Audit at £999, monthly Fractional AI Leadership retainer from £4,000/month)

A technical co-founder with 16 years as a commercial writer and an MA in Screenwriting, who brings structured thinking about narrative, persuasion, and how people make decisions to the way AI solutions are designed and delivered

A business with clear positioning in a growing market where professional service firms know they need AI but don't know where to start

What you bring:

You are comfortable picking up the phone and walking into rooms where nobody knows you

You can hold a conversation with a managing partner at a law firm or accountancy practice and understand what they care about

You have closed deals before, ideally in professional services or B2B consulting

You are not looking for a salary. You want to build something and are willing to bet on yourself

This is not a job with a paycheque

This is not advisory or mentorship

Location: Remote (North-West England preferred, not required)

Type: Co-founder / Partnership

Compensation: 50% equity, 50% revenue split. No salary.
