An established and rapidly expanding facilities management provider is looking for an Account Manager to lead a cleaning contract across multiple sites. This is a people-first business with a strong culture, real career progression, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.

The role:

You’ll oversee a large-scale operation, managing multiple sites and a team of 50+, driving service excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, developing and motivating operational teams

• Managing client relationships and contract performance

• Driving service quality, audits, and compliance

• Identifying improvements, efficiencies, and growth opportunities

• Overseeing budgets, reporting, and forecasting

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in contract or account management (FM / cleaning preferred)

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Financial awareness and commercial mindset

• Solid Health & Safety knowledge

• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
