A modern, top-tier Legal 500 practice with over 25 years’ expertise in debt recovery litigation is expanding its Finance Recoveries Team in Liverpool. Following continued growth and the acquisition of several blue-chip clients, the firm is seeking a Solicitor or experienced Litigator to join its specialist team.

• Finance: Acting for a wide range of lenders, from SMEs to major UK credit and car finance providers.
• Local Authority: Supporting 85 councils across England & Wales with business rates, council tax recovery, and complex advisory matters.

The Role

You will join a busy and supportive Finance Recoveries team, handling a varied caseload of commercial litigation and debt recovery matters. The role offers excellent exposure to complex, litigated work and strong progression opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

You will bring:

• Experience in commercial litigation
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
• Experience in debt recovery and enforcement methods
• Ability to manage deadlines and a diverse caseload
• Experience leading or supporting complex, litigated matters
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
