Job Description
Hays Education are working with a mainstream primary based in the Allerton area who are seeking a full time SEN Teaching Assistant to join them working in their SEN Hub.
The role will involve:

* Support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to access learning and participate fully in school life
* Work under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo to deliver individual education plans (IEPs), EHCP targets, and tailored interventions
* Provide one to one and small group support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs
* Adapt learning activities, resources, and teaching approaches to meet individual learning styles and abilities

Previous Experience Required
* Previous experience working with SEN children at a primary age
* Or relevant experience from a care background
* Possession or ability to obtain enhanced DBS checks
