Description
- Coordinate and deliver B2B events from initial planning through to execution.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management, attendee communications, and on-site support.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop creative concepts and event materials.
- Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, artwork, and promotional materials.
- Source and manage branded merchandise and promotional items, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities aligned to business objectives.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
- Assist with content creation, marketing communications, and other ad hoc marketing initiatives as required.
Profile
A successful Marketing Coordinator should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role within the financial services industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to organise events.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management software and analytics tools.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to commute to Liverpool.
