Mortgage Advisor Job – Remote Opportunity with Leading Brokerage

Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor seeking a self-employed opportunity with genuine autonomy and excellent commission structures? This Mortgage Advisor position offers the flexibility to work entirely from home whilst being supported by an established network operating across England and Wales.

Our client, a well-established mortgage brokerage, is looking to recruit four experienced Mortgage Advisors before year-end. As a self-employed Mortgage Advisor, you'll benefit from a hands-off management approach that trusts your expertise whilst providing warm leads and comprehensive back-office support.

The ideal Mortgage Advisor will demonstrate quality experience across all mortgage types, with the ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining high professional standards.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

- Essential: Minimum one year's experience working in a busy broker's office (quality of experience prioritized over tenure)

- Essential: CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification

- Essential: Experience across all mortgage types, not just straightforward cases

- Essential: Currently active in the industry (candidates out of the market for over a year are not suitable)

- Desirable: Proven track record of handling 15-20+ cases monthly
